From run-of-mine material through to sized, saleable product — we deploy mobile crushing and screening on-site to process raw minerals and excavated material into specified fractions for construction, infrastructure, or direct commodity supply.

What We Provide

ROM Processing

Run-of-mine material processed directly from the source — no pre-sorting required. We handle raw, uncrushed material and reduce it to usable product fractions suited to client or buyer specification.

Crushing

Mobile jaw and impact crushers deployed on-site to reduce oversize ROM and excavated material. Primary and secondary crushing stages available depending on required output size and tonnage.

Screening & Sizing

Material separated into specified size fractions to meet project or offtake requirements. From coarse product down to fines — screened, graded, and stockpiled to spec.

Aggregate & Product Output

Produce road stone, crusher run, gravel, and sized aggregate from processed material. Output fractions tailored to end-user or buyer requirements — construction, infrastructure, or commodity sales.

Earthworks Integration

Crushing and screening operations run in direct coordination with our excavators, front-end loaders, and tipper trucks. Continuous feed, processing, and removal — no bottlenecks.

MINERAL PROCESSING

ROM to Specification

Run-of-mine material comes out of the ground in an uncontrolled mix of sizes, fines, and oversize. Without processing, it has limited commercial value and can't be used directly on construction or sold to a buyer.

We crush and screen ROM feed into the size fractions your offtake agreement, process plant, or end-use requires. Target product sizes vary by commodity:

Iron Ore (DSO / Lump)6–40mm lump / <6mm fines
Manganese6–75mm, often staged to 10mm
Chrome / PGMs<6mm ball mill feed
Coal0–50mm or 0–75mm staged crush
Anthracite6–50mm lump / <6mm duff

Output specifications are confirmed per client or buyer requirement before mobilisation. Material is stockpiled on-site by fraction, ready for dispatch, re-use, or direct loading.

Why Process On-Site

Hauling raw ROM or oversize material off-site adds cost, truck movements, and time to every project. On-site processing eliminates that — material is crushed and screened where it sits, graded to spec, and either stockpiled for sale or re-used directly on the project.

For mining, earthworks, and demolition projects with significant material volumes, the reduction in haulage cost alone justifies mobile processing. When output fractions meet buyer or construction spec, excavated material becomes a revenue-generating product rather than a disposal liability.
